Learning Environment planning tool for specific learners
This planning tool for a learning environment will support adults to focus on specific children and the focused skills in Early Phonics they need to develop as individuals.
This planning tool can be used by teams of professionals to ensure than anyone playing with, or engaging a child in a group activity perhaps, will be aware of their individual needs. It provides space for children’s initials to be added so all adults are aware of the children’s early phonic learning needs.
This tool could also be adapted for use when children have begun their later phonic learning, perhaps drawing their attention to individual sounds they are learning at any time. Phonic learning should be embedded across a provision, enabling the children to hone and rehearse taught skills, as always!
